Safari Club International Foundation (SCIF) is holding a sweepstakes for a seven-day Alaskan coastal black bear hunt for two lucky hunters to help fund ongoing SCIF conservation programs. Join Coastal Alaska Adventures aboard a fully-equipped 58-foot vessel and experience a once-in-a-lifetime hunt with an opportunity at some of the largest black bears in North America!
Winners will live aboard a beautiful boat situated in the heart of Alaska’s famed inside passage. This is much more than a hunt, it is a true adventure! When not hunting, enjoy fishing for halibut and catching wild Alaska crab for dinner and, of course, hunting world class black bears. These bears average more than seven-feet, with most bears taken qualifying for the SCI Record Book. The 2018 season produced 11 bears in a row greater than seven-feet with many 20-inch skulls. Their largest bear harvested exceeded 21 inches! The donated hunt includes all lodging, guide service, meals and trophy fees for two hunters for black bear.
