SCI’s Executive Committee Transition Meeting took place June 24 and 25 at Champion Ranch in Rochelle, TX. Two days of robust meetings centered on the theme of “Making Magic.” Between meetings, the Executive Committee and senior staff were joined by members of the West Texas Chapter who presented a generous $200,000 check to SCI. The Transition Meeting serves as the last formal meeting presided over by outgoing president Sven Lindquist. Starting July 1, SCI will be led by President John McLaurin, President-elect Jeff Meyerl and the re-established Executive Committee.
