WGH Announces Winners of the 2026 Hunting Awards Challenge

Women Go Hunting (WGH) is happy to announce the winners of its 2026 Hunting Awards Challenge!

This annual challenge celebrates the women who participate in the SCI World Hunting Awards Program, offering them the opportunity to win a $100 gift card from Próis Hunting just for submitting an entry. Sponsor Próis Hunting President Kirstie Pike provided WGH with 10 gift certificates to award women entering trophies in categories for Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, South Pacific, Wild Turkeys of the World, Youth, and First Time Entrants, as well as a winner from All Entries.

WGH encourages women to document their hunting achievements and contributions to wildlife conservation by submitting a trophy photo entry to the awards program. Ladies simply submit a photo of any animal they have taken on any hunt. All species accepted by the SCI Record Book may be entered but must be new entries never previously submitted to the Record Book program. The animal may have been taken at any time, and participants may submit as many entries as they as they choose. Winners are selected mostly from categories in the SCI World Hunting Awards Program.

Following are the winners for each category:

Continental Entries: continents listed in the World Hunting Award Program

  • Africa – D’Lise Rayl for her waterbuck from South Africa.
  • Asia – Amie Harris for her Bezoar ibex from Turkey.
  • Europe – Sara Potterfield for her Central Europe mouflon from France.
  • North America – Rachel Gavin for her Rocky Mountain mule deer from Montana.
  • South Pacific – Bonnie Jo Justice for her Javan rusa deer from New Zealand.
