SCI-PAC Endorses Rep. Rob Wittman for Reelection in Virginia’s 1st District

Today, Safari Club International’s Political Action Committee (SCI-PAC), the largest sportsmen-led PAC in America, proudly endorses Representative Rob Wittman (R-VA-01) for reelection.

Representative Wittman introduced the Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act and shepherded it through the U.S. House of Representatives with 83 co-sponsors, passing by a vote of 215-202. The bill stops federal agencies from banning traditional lead ammunition and tackle on federal lands without real scientific justification, protecting the affordability and availability that new and rural hunters depend on most.

“In these midterm elections, SCI-PAC is backing candidates who will fight shoulder to shoulder with us to further SCI’s mission to protect Americans’ freedom to hunt and to advance sustainable wildlife conservation,” said SCI CEO W.
