SCI-PAC Endorses Rep. Bruce Westerman for Reelection in Arkansas’s 4th District
Safari Club International’s Political Action Committee (SCI-PAC) proudly endorses Representative Bruce Westerman (R-AR-04), a former SCI Federal Legislator of the Year, for reelection. Like all candidates endorsed by SCI-PAC, the largest sportsmen-led PAC in America, Representative Westerman has demonstrated a tireless dedication to responsible wildlife management, sustainable-use hunting and fishing, and conservation efforts.
As Chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, Representative Westerman has championed funding for state-led wildlife management, habitat restoration, and forest conservation, while working to advance policies that protect America’s lands and waters.
In 2025, he introduced the Endangered Species Act Amendments Act of 2025 (H.R. 1897), which is a major step in bringing the ESA into the 21st century, ensuring it works to recover species and promote collaboration with landowners, conservationists, and the sporting community, instead of allowing for endless litigation cycles and bureaucratic overreach.
Representative Westerman has also built a bipartisan record on public lands funding, co-leading the Great American Outdoors Act 250 (H.R. 9250), which would invest $1.9 billion in national parks and public lands over the next five years without new costs to taxpayers, funded through foreign visitor fees, private donations, and onshore energy revenues.
His record reflects a consistent commitment to defending hunting and fishing access while supporting the conservation that will keep Arkansas’s outdoor heritage thriving for years to come.
