The White House has announced the nomination of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish Wildlife and Parks Aurelia Skipwith to be the next Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
The Oct. 22 press release said that prior to serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish Wildlife and Parks, Ms. Skipwith served as Assistant Corporate Counsel at Alltech, Inc.
Ms. Skipwith received her B.S. in biology from Howard University, an M.A. in molecular genetics from Purdue University, and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
