Some National Wildlife Refuges and Hatcheries Close Due To COVID-19
In response to various Executive Orders issued by governors across the United States, numerous National Wildlife Refuges and hatcheries operated by the US Fish & Wildlife Service had implemented partial or complete closures. Some of the closures are limited to visitor centers and operational facilities, while the refuges themselves remain open. US Fish & Wildlife is keeping an updated list of closures and partial closures with direct links to the affected refuges at: https://www.fws.gov/home/state-by-state-closures.html.
The list is updated daily and should be checked before trying to visit any National Wildlife Refuge or hatchery facility.
