Kansas City Chapter To Hold Expo At Arrowhead Stadium

KC Arrowhead Stadium

The Kansas City Chapter of SCI will hold its Hunter’s Expo Jan. 24-26, 2020 at Arrowhead Stadium.

“The Kansas City Chapter was looking for a new venue for its annual Hunter's Expo,” said Chapter President David Haake.  “We had been using large warehouse type venues but felt it did not reflect the quality of our event.

“We started looking at hotel ballrooms and meeting facilities, however these still did not seem quite right,” he continued. “We found out that Arrowhead Stadium had a place suitable for our chapter.  The North Club features almost 15,000 square feet of meeting space, banquet capacity for over 300, two full bars and a concession. They gave us a complimentary private meeting room, free wi-fi and state of the art AV system. All for just a little more than we had been paying.  Icing on the cake is a beautiful view of the field.

They also made available the Founders Club for our Saturday morning hands-on Youth Wildlife and Conservation program.  This program can handle up to 75 kids.  Reservation required in advance.

“The exciting part is now our meeting place should be a big a draw for members and the general public,” President Haake explained.   “If other Chapters are looking for a new venue they should check out their cities sports venues.  Everyone knows where Arrowhead Stadium is and how to get there.”
