This four-day hunting experience is designed to introduce women to the art of hunting in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each winner and her guest will receive instruction and hands-on training in hunter safety (for both bow and gun), then have the opportunity to hunt and harvest a doe whitetail deer. This field-to-table experience teaches women how to field dress, skin and process their deer, and provides demonstrations in delicious and creative venison cookery.

The Learn-to-Hunt Experience will take place on the famous Legends Ranch in Bitely, Michigan, from Monday, December 1^st through Thursday, December 4, 2025. These all-inclusive packages feature one guide for each pair of hunters, a tour of The Wildlife Center at the Legends Ranch, double occupancy accommodations in the luxurious lodge, all classes, a Michigan Hunter Education certificate and hunting license, demonstrations, double-occupancy accommodations, and two whitetail does (one for each winner and one for her guest).

Participation is limited to women and girls. Participants may bring their own rifles and ammunition or use a ranch firearm and ammunition at no charge. Participants may upgrade for trophy bucks at regular rates (contact Legends Ranch at 231-745-8000 for pricing) but cannot add additional days.

Winners must confirm attendance by October 2025. No postponements are possible. No-shows forfeit their prize. Winners who cannot attend may gift their package to another woman.

Tips and gratuities ($300-$500 per guest) are not included. Airfare is not included. Guests may fly into Grand Rapids Gerald Ford Airport. Ranch provides shuttle transportation from hotels or from the airport around 11 a.m. the first day and around 11 a.m. the last day. Special transportation outside of those hours can be arranged for $150 one way.

One Learn-to-Hunt Experience Package will be awarded each day on January 23, 24, and 25, 2025, at the Women Go Hunting (WGH) booth (booth number 3306) during the 2025 SCI Convention in Nashville, Tennessee.

Value for each Learn-to-Hunt Experience Package is $3,500.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS CONDUCTED SOLELY WITHIN THE 2025 SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY APPLICABLE U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individual females aged eighteen (18) years or older who are in attendance at the 2025 Safari Club International convention in Nashville, Tennessee (“Convention”) at time of drawing. Winners must be present to win. Safari Club International (the “Sponsor”), its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, as well as immediate family of the foregoing (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouses, and, for purposes of the Sweepstakes, persons residing in the same household of such immediate family) and any other party associated with the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on January 25, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). This Sweepstakes consists of three separate daily drawings, as follows:

Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period and received by the End Date and Time for each Daily Drawing in order to be eligible for that Daily Drawing. Non-winning entries will remain eligible for subsequent daily drawings.

4. How to Enter:Official QR codes will be posted at the Women Go Hunting (WGH) booth (booth number 3306) where convention attendees may scan it with their cell phones. The QR code will take them to the official online entry form. The QR code will also be available in the daily convention newspaper distributed at the convention hall entry each day. Additionally, the QR code will be printed on invitation cards handed out by WGH committee members throughout the convention to women in attendance. Only one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries submitted by the same person will be void and may result in disqualification of the entrant, at Sponsor’s discretion. All entries and information submitted shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.
5. Drawings, Prizes, Odds of Winning: One (1) prize winner will be selected in each Daily Drawing by Sponsor or its authorized representative, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Daily Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Daily Drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Important Notice: All winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes in connection with his/her Prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be made without the consent of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. Verification of potential winners: Sponsor or its authorized representative will attempt to notify the potential winner immediately following each Drawing by telephone, text or such other manner as determined by Sponsor, using the contact information provided as part of the potential winner(s)’ entry. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a Publicity/Liability Release in order to receive the Prize. Failure to sign and return all such requested documentation by the return date specified by the Sponsor after notification will result in forfeiture of the Prize and the subsequent selection of an alternate potential Winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize, cannot be contacted or fails to timely respond after two separate attempts, or in the event the prize confirmation/notification is returned, undeliverable, or not (timely) responded to the prize will be forfeited, and may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate potential winner selected at random from the pool of eligible Entrants. Additional attempts will be made to select an alternate potential winner until a selected winner (timely) responds. Each verified winner will be provided with information and instructions on how to claim the prize. It is solely the responsibility of the winner to follow the provided instructions and claim the prize within the time periods stated in the notification, if any. If a verified winner fails to redeem the prize in accordance with instructions by the date provided, the prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded. Each winner may be issued an appropriate tax form (e.g., Form 1099 if a US resident) in the amount of the ARV of the Prize.
7. Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, prize donor(s), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the consent of a Winner to the Sponsor’s and its representatives’ or agents’ use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical data, and/or contact information for promotional and other internal or external marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.
8. General Conditions: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, technical failure, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, then the Sponsor shall have the sole right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMACY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND, IF THE SPONSOR BELIEVES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT SUCH AN ATTEMPT HAS BEEN OR WILL BE MADE, THEN THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of the Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
9. Entrant’s Personal Information and Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant is required to provide, and consents to collection, retention, and use of, his or her personal information in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://safariclub.org/privacy-policy/ (the “Website”). The Sponsor will use the information you provide for purposes described in the Privacy Policy, as well as in administering the sweepstakes, notifying the entrant if selected to win a prize, and publicizing the name and/or likeness of the Winner, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or undelivered entries; (ii) fraud, technical problems, failures, malfunctions, or for any other technical problems or malfunctions associated with any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, provider hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof; (iii) any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from any participation or activity in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information provided, published, or printed or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE PRIZE (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF), AND (Y) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.
11. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction; and (ii) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES), AND ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
12. Sweepstakes Results: The name of the winner will be posted on the website for thirty (30) days after winner verification.
