President John Whipple expressed his sincere gratitude to all European Chapters that made an effort to travel to Palarikovo Hunting Estate in Slovakia for the 12th SCI European Chapters Meeting, held in early December of 2012. He thanked Regional Representative Norbert Ullmann for the hard work in organizing the four-day event.
