SCI Advocacy fights for hunters across the country at the state and federal levels alongside legislative champions. One of the most important ways that SCI champions legislators who fight for the freedoms of hunters is through the Hunter Action Fund (HAF). HAF is the only pro-hunting super PAC. Through targeted mailings and digital advertising, HAF played a critical role in getting hunters out to vote and elect pro-hunting legislators in the last election; see this ad for Senator Steve Daines.
HAF’s annual fundraiser, the HAF Luncheon, will be held during the SCI Convention on Saturday, January 22. Last year’s Luncheon, featuring Kimberly Guilfoyle and Donald Trump, Jr., had record fundraising which went directly back to helping win critical, statewide races. This year’s Luncheon is headlined by a very special guest, former Navy SEAL sniper, #1 NYT Bestselling Author, and Outdoorsman Jack Carr! Be sure to join us for the HAF Luncheon at Convention and purchase tickets or a table today!
The Louisiana Acadiana Chapter has stepped up for freedom through a generous contribution of $25,000 to the Hunter Action Fund. Although one of SCI’s youngest chapters at only seven years old, the Acadiana chapter has donated more to HAF than any other chapter. HAF is critical to SCI’s advocacy work as we support pro-hunting candidates across the country.
2022 is an election year, and contributions to HAF are more important now than ever as we fight to secure a pro-hunting majority in the House and Senate. HAF makes a real difference for federal legislators who uphold our hunting traditions and second amendment rights. With your help, we will make a huge impact in protecting freedom!
Once again, THANK YOU to the Acadiana Chapter for their hard work and support. If you’re interested in supporting HAF as well, click here. Now is the perfect time to buy a ticket or table at the HAF Luncheon!
